‘Spikeopathy’-Defining a New Medical Syndrome
The pathological symptoms of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 infection & mRNA injection, and what you can do about it.
Today, many people are suffering from post-acute sequelae (a condition that is the consequence of a previous disease or injury) after SARS-CoV-2 infection or mRNA vaccination.
Many physicians are now confronted by patients with a myriad of new or persisting multi-system symptoms months to years after initial infection or vaccination. Some researchers have coined these syndromes-“Spikeopathies”.
We now know that the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 exhibits pathological symptoms, which are a possible cause of post-acute sequelae following COVID-19 illness or side effects of the vaccination. The vaccine's spike protein may share a toxin similar to the virus itself.
“Detection of spike protein for at least 6-15 months after vaccination and infection in those with post-acute sequelae indicated spike protein as a possible primary contributing factor to long COVID”.
There’s abundant evidence that SARS-CoV-2 may cause damage to the cardiovascular, hematological, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and immunological systems. Symptoms can range from generalized anxiety disorder and difficulty concentrating to increased inflammation, endothelial tissue damage, fatigue and muscle weakness, and brain damage.
The spike protein is known to cross the blood-brain barrier, allowing the harmful toxins to induce mitochondrial damage in brain cells.
“Fontes-Dantas et al. found that brain infusion of spike protein induced neuroinflammation and hippocampal microgliosis, or over-activation of glial cells, by engulfment of synapses. These data indicate that spike protein exerts potent harmful effects on the neurological system by damaging blood-brain barrier function and destroying neurons”.
Dr. Peter McCullough has suggested the Protocol Base Spike Detoxification, the most widely used current approach to these syndromes. In addition, Halma, Marik, and Saleeby have proposed fasting in their Science Direct paper, “Exploring autophagy in treating SARS-CoV-2 spike protein-related pathology”.
“Fasting, a practice with historical roots in various cultures, has recently garnered significant interest in the field of medicine. This article delves into the mechanisms underlying fasting-induced autophagy and its therapeutic applications for spike protein-associated pathology. We explore the therapeutic potential of fasting on spike protein-related pathology and the role of interventions to upregulate autophagy, including compounds like spermidine, resveratrol, rapamycin, and metformin. Fasting, coupled with an understanding of its nuances, holds promise as a therapeutic intervention for spike protein-related diseases with broad implications for human health”.
The Pub Med study, ‘Clinical Approach to Post-acute Sequelae After COVID-19 Infection and Vaccination’ investigates the mechanisms of harm to the body from the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein and the vaccine-encoded spike protein and proposes possible mitigation strategies. The authors identified possible detoxification protocols and compounds that had signals of benefit and acceptable safety profiles.
McCullough et al. recently published (2023) the first rationale for spike protein detoxification, called the McCullough protocol: base spike detoxification, which holds considerable promise. The protocol includes a natural triple-agent oral regimen of nattokinase, bromelain, and curcumin that provides four putative, primary mechanisms of action:
proteolytic degradation of spike protein,
inhibition of inflammation from spike protein and its fragments in tissues,
dissolution of microthrombi, and
anticoagulation
Nattokinase is a proteolytic enzyme derived from the fermentation of soybeans by Bacillus natto. It has been traditionally used in Japan for cardiovascular benefits, and used to dissolve blood clots. Nattokinase has a specific degrading effect on the spike protein.
Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme sourced from pineapple stems. It has been hailed for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties, particularly in cases of arthritis and injury. It is also a known anticoagulant.
Curcumin, derived from turmeric, is renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to modulate inflammation during a wide range of viral infections. It also has anticoagulant properties.
Hydroxychloroquine, a well-known FDA-approved antimalarial, and anti-inflammatory, adds additional support for immunocompromised patients by inhibiting the binding of spike protein to human cells. “A real-time meta-analysis of 413 published peer-reviewed studies for hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for COVID-19, including a total of 529,687 patients, shows a statistically significant lower risk for mortality and hospitalization, along with accelerated viral clearance”.
Colchicine is an FDA-approved alkaloid found in plants and has been used traditionally as a therapy for its anti-inflammatory properties. It can reduce the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke.
Additional compounds that may assist in spike protein detoxification include N-acetylcysteine (NAC), Glutathione, Ivermectin, Quercetin, Apigenin, Nicotine, Emodin, Fisetin, Rutin, and Silymarin.
If you suspect your symptoms may be caused by post-COVID illness or post-mRNA vaccination, you will want to work with your doctor to design dosages of these suggested compounds that are specific to your needs. Remember, treating these symptoms is a new field of study as society deals with the ravages of spike protein, whether caused by COVID-19 or mRNA vaccinations.

If anyone out there can help me please my name is Sabrina Austin I have been diagnosed with something called pulmonary arterial hypertension and I'm dying from it it is considered a progressive incurable and terminal illness the arteries in my lungs are filled with tiny blood clots and it's killing me I can't walk from my bed to my bathroom without almost falling over dead from lack of oxygen I need help no one in this area will help me nobody believes me when I say that I was diagnosed and this was discovered three days after a 5-day hospitalization in quarantine with covid I ended up back in the hospital three days later with a norovirus and that is when they discovered this hypertension I didn't have it when I had covid but when I got out and into the backup in the hospital three days later that is when they discovered this I believe that the cover job and the combination of getting covid causes this condition I need help if anyone out there has any resources please I can be reached at my email address which is wherethereislove.4473@gmail.com don't forget the DOT in between the word love and the number four it was an accident but it's there nonetheless many blessings to all.
